Your Initial Meeting With Lone Star Remodeling

Our initial in-home consultation with you is free. The first meeting usually lasts between 30 to 60 minutes. We will meet with you to discuss your ideas and make suggestions. It is helpful if you can have a written list that we can use in order to make our time more productive. After our meeting, we will provide a written estimate to you via email within 48 hours in most cases.

Space Planning & Design Fees

We work with A.S.I.D Certified Design Specialists and A.I.A. Certified Architects for projects requiring greater details. We can provide drawings showing options for your proposed project. Fees for this design service vary depending on the size and scope of the project. Proper planning helps the project come together on schedule and within budget!

Proposal & Contract

Once you have reviewed our written estimate and made any changes, we will present the final proposal and contract for your acceptance. After we receive your signed contract and deposit, we will provide you with a work schedule that includes the start and completion date as well as obtaining any permits needed to begin construction.

Dealer Location & Product Selection

Our job is to help you choose quality products that will fit within your budget! We will provide the names and contact information of dealers that can assist in making this process an easy one.
